About Me
I received my BS in Chemistry at Georgia Southern University in 2015. I worked under Dr. Amanda Stewart synthesizing and purifying collagen peptide mimics to be used for novel bio-composites. In 2015-2016 I began work as a contractor at BASF in Sparks, GA as a QC lab technician. This led me to further my education and pursue my PhD in Analytical Chemistry under Dr. Yost at the University of Florida. My current research project is using metabolomic approaches to investigate treatments for rare X-chromosome deletion disorders.
